Selling  Cost

  • Typically the fee is 5% of the selling price for Single Family Residences or Multi-family and Estate properties.  Please contact me to discuss options.

What do sellers get when working with me?

  • Seller’s Net Sheet - an estimated net proceeds to the seller "after" seller’s fixed and variable selling expenses.
  • I will prep and get your home ready for sale:
    • Source, find,  recommend and manage contractors and/or handymen through the preparation project.  
    • Review contractors/handymen proposals for the cost of repairs.  Provide homeowners with my renovation experiences & recommendations.
  • Property photos and virtual tour for marketing.
  • Extensively marketing through a variety of resources for maximum marketing exposure - internet, social media, postcards mailer, flyers.
  • All requests for showing appointments will be coordinated and managed by our 24/7 live receptionist.
  • Your property is listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and automatically sent to Remax.com, Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Homes.com, Agent personal website, and Social Media - YouTube, Facebook, Instagram
  • For sale, open house signs and a lockbox will be placed on your property to ensure licensed REALTORS® with buyers have the ability to show your house.
  • ”Just Listed” mailers will be sent to the surrounding neighborhoods to inform potential buyers that your house is on the market.
  • Vibrantly colored property flyers for open house events and to be placed on a counter inside your house.

My personal services included with each listing:

  1. Guide and advise seller through the process. We’re a team, working together.
  2. Prepare a comparative market analysis "specific" to your property.
  3. Refer to other professionals (stager, contractors, handymen, etc) if needed.
  4. Pre-qualified all buyers, and present all offers to the seller for review.
  5. Negotiate offers on seller’s behalf.
  6. Manage progress - ensure everything is on track with escrow, home inspection, and appraisal.
  7. Manage the buyer’s loan approval.
  8. Manage and close the sale.
